Can I purchase tickets under a different name?
Yes, tickets can be individually personalized upon purchase.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal.
Do you offer special ticket categories for people with disabilities?
Yes, we offer special ticket categories for people with disabilities. Please contact
ticketservice@snec.de for more information.
Can I attend the event without mobile devices?
Yes, the ticket can be printed out.
Will my child (0-3 years old) have an assigned seat?
No, children under 3 years old can attend the event for free but do not have a reserved seat.
Where can I purchase my ticket?
Tickets can only be purchased through the Ticketing-Onlineshop.
How do I print my ticket?
To print a Print@Home ticket:
- Open the Ticketing-Onlineshop
- Click on “LOGIN/REGISTER” at the top right
- Enter your customer number and password
- Click on “MY ACCOUNT”
- Click on “My Tickets”
- Click on “Ticket Info”Under “
- Choose an action” -> select “Print at home” from the drop-down button and click “CONTINUE”
- Click the “Print at home” button.
How can I download my online ticket?
To download an online ticket to your mobile device:
- Open the Ticketing-Onlineshop
- Log in with your user data
- Click on “MY ACCOUNT”
- Click on “My Tickets”
- Click on “Ticket Info”Under “
- Choose an action” -> select “Download Mobile Ticket” from the drop-down button -> click “CONTINUE”
- Click the “Download Ticket” button
The ticket can be added to the Wallet app.
What do I need to consider when entering the event?
We recommend bringing a small bag to facilitate entry. Please note that glass containers or sharp
objects are not allowed on the premises. All other entry regulations can be found in our stadium
regulations.
Do I have the option to park in a disabled parking space?
Yes, there will be designated disabled parking spaces available in a limited capacity.
Is a public transportation ticket included with each ticket?
No, for participants who have not booked packages, public transportation is not included in the accreditation. The public transport ticket can be purchased on-site during accreditation for €30 per person, payable in cash.
Can I pay with card and cash at the event?
Yes, we have a cashless system throughout the entire event site. All visitors and athletes can purchase value chips at the stadium entrance using either cash or card (debit, credit, etc.), which can then be redeemed at the respective sales stands.
Is there catering available at the event?
There is a diverse selection of food and beverages available on the event grounds for both athletes and visitors.
Can I park my RV near the stadium?
No, unfortunately, there are no parking options available.
Where can I park my car at the stadium?
There are no parking facilities directly at the stadium. We recommend using public transportation. Alternatively, you can park at the designated Roche Group parking lot for 5 €/day.
